The VooPoo Vinci Q Pod Kit is a compact, slimline device. It is incredibly beginner-friendly and thanks to its size, you can slip it into your pocket or bag for a consistent and reliable all-day vaping experience.

The pod has a click-in attachment which makes it super easy to replace or refill. These pods will hold up to 2ml of your preferred e-liquid and can be refilled via a top-fill port underneath the mouthpiece. The filling port also has a rubber stopper to prevent leaks and spills. The pod which arrives with this kit has a 1.2Ohm resistance and will deliver a mouth-to-lung vaping experience, perfect if you are making the switch from smoking.

Power

The Vinci Q Pod Kit is powered by a rechargeable 900mAh battery, this device will arrive with a standard Type-C USB charging cable so you can charge your device wherever you go.

The kit has a 15W maximum output. You can access your favourite flavour by either button activation or auto-draw. The power button is located on the front of this device, and it has a handy LED light function to indicate when your device is in use. To power on your device, press the button five times. Similarly, to switch your device off, press the power button five times again.

Absolute Vape Delivery Information

Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within 48 hours although we aim to ship the same day if you order before 1pm. After particularly busy weekends and bank holidays some orders may take a little longer to dispatch. Please email us if your order is urgent. Express Delivery orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Express Delivery and Courier Delivery orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

We currently ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays.

IMPORTANT: If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. (UK ONLY)

Shipping Terms

  1. When using Royal Mail (2nd Class post) service, we will not consider your order missing or late for 10 post days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend one of the tracked services available during checkout.
  2. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and through the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next working day.
  3. At certain times of year when the postal system is busier, orders may take a little longer to arrive and we ask that you wait an additional 3 post days (Mon-Fri), before contacting us.
  4. If you require urgent delivery, please use the express Delivery option when placing your order.
  5. Items sent by a tracked service such as APC express Delivery will require a signature on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your order.
  6. If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. (UK ONLY)
  7. All UK orders over £30 will qualify for free Courier Delivery service. FREE shipping is for UK orders only.

Returns Policy
In case you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving the order, as long as it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging for refund or exchange.

Warranty Information
E-Liquids, Pods, Coils, Disposable kits and Tobacco Sticks are sealed items and are not covered by warranty unless their is a manufacturing fault. For any manufacturing fault all original packaging must be retained.
If you believe that you have a manufacturing fault please contact our customer service team within 7 days.
