The Smok Novo Mini 4 pod vape kit is designed to be easy for both new and experienced vapers to use. A 900mAh battery has been built-in to power its 6 - 25W output range for longer, meaning you have more time between charges. In the box you'll find a 2ml pod, as well as two 0.9 Ohm coils from the compatible Smok LP1 range. With all this, you start vaping right away with a complete MTL (Mouth To Lung) kit. 

Though the Novo Mini 4 features single button operation for simplicity, you're also able to activate it by inhaling on the mouthpiece when it's unlocked. This puts you in control of how your kit works. All three coils from the LP1 range are compatible with this kit and the power level is set automatically depending on which one is being used. With this technology, you get the best results without having to worry about menus and settings. No matter which coil you've chosen, the Novo Mini 4 will create a discreet, MTL inhale that feels like a cigarette. 

Each 2ml Smok Novo Mini 4 pod has been created to be simple to use and easy to fill. Pulling the silicone stopper out of the side of your pod will reveal the e-liquid inlet. Both of the included coils feature a mesh build, which heats up e-liquid faster and produces an improved flavour. We'd suggest using an e-liquid with a 50/50 or a higher PG blend to get the most out of your Novo Mini 4. You can even set the feel of the inhale to be either tighter or looser thanks to the adjustable airflow.

Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within 48 hours although we aim to ship the same day if you order before 1pm. After particularly busy weekends and bank holidays some orders may take a little longer to dispatch. Please email us if your order is urgent. Express Delivery orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Express Delivery and Courier Delivery orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

We currently ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays.

IMPORTANT: If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. (UK ONLY)

Shipping Terms

  1. When using Royal Mail (2nd Class post) service, we will not consider your order missing or late for 10 post days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend one of the tracked services available during checkout.
  2. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and through the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next working day.
  3. At certain times of year when the postal system is busier, orders may take a little longer to arrive and we ask that you wait an additional 3 post days (Mon-Fri), before contacting us.
  4. If you require urgent delivery, please use the express Delivery option when placing your order.
  5. Items sent by a tracked service such as APC express Delivery will require a signature on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your order.
  6. If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. (UK ONLY)
  7. All UK orders over £20 will qualify for free Courier Delivery service. FREE shipping is for UK orders only.

 

In the event of loss or non-delivery

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct and complete address details at checkout. Should incomplete or incorrect address details affect delivery time or result in non-delivery, Absolute Vape nor our delivery partners can be held responsible.

You can track your parcel using your tracking number at Royal Mail or APC Overnight 

On infrequent occasions Next Day Delivery can be affected by operational issues with our partners and may arrive later than planned.  We cannot be held responsible for operational issues with our partner services, but will operate in line with their policies in such an event.

If your order appears lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us and we will contact the delivery company who will advise on the best course of action. Lost orders will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Should you be required to collect your package from the Post Office or another couriers’ pick-up point, this falls under your responsibility. Absolute vape cannot contact the Sorting Office on your behalf, arrange for redelivery on your behalf or send the order again unless the parcel has been returned to us.

Returns Policy
In case you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving the order, as long as it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging for refund or exchange.

Warranty Information
E-Liquids, Pods, Coils, Disposable kits and Tobacco Sticks are sealed items and are not covered by warranty unless their is a manufacturing fault. For any manufacturing fault all original packaging must be retained.
If you believe that you have a manufacturing fault please contact our customer service team within 7 days.
