How much concentrate should I use per 100ml?
Start around 5–8ml of concentrate per 100ml of base and steep to taste. Citrus and mint profiles often suit slightly higher ratios; dessert and custard profiles often deepen with a few days' extra steeping.

Yes — every flavour is a food-grade, PG-approved concentrate, produced for DIY mixing use. As with any concentrate, store out of reach of children and avoid contact with skin and eyes in undiluted form.
How long does an opened bottle keep its flavour strength?
Stored tightly sealed at room temperature out of direct sunlight, an opened bottle keeps its flavour strength for up to 12 months.
Returns Policy
In case you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving the order, as long as it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging for refund or exchange.
Warranty Information
E-Liquids, Pods, Coils, Disposable kits and Tobacco Sticks are sealed items and are not covered by warranty unless their is a manufacturing fault. For any manufacturing fault all original packaging must be retained.
